Library Membership

You must be a currently enrolled UCLA Student or current UCLA Animation Faculty to check out items from the UCLA Animation Workshop Library. If you do not already have a login, please contact the Animation Staff or Request Membership here (requires UCLA Google account). If this is your first time logging in, please use the password provided by the Animation Staff.

Checkout Policies

Limit: 3 DAYS & 3 ITEMS

All Reservations are subject to approval.

The maximum checkout duration is 72 hours, and no more than 3 items can be checked out per student at the same time. Any exception to the 3 Days & 3 Items rule must be approved by Animation Staff or Faculty,

Checkouts can only be performed by Animation TAs, SRs, Staff or Faculty, and all reservations are subject to approval. All items checked out by students must be checked back in by TAs, SRs, Staff or Faculty.

Non-Animation majors enrolled in animation classes must update their Member Profiles to include their current contact infomation (address, phone, and email) prior to their first checkout.

All items with an ORANGE STICKER on them are for in-class use only and are not available for checkout. This includes Prom DVD's/Blu-rays, Teaching DVD's and Tapes.
